Here I am!

Welcome to my website and blog. I’m new to the business world but not new to the health world. After highschool I started school at South Dakota School of Mines where I majored in volleyball and minored in pre-med. During my time in school I mostly worked at the local Starbucks but also volunteered at the hospital. After college I worked for two years as a CNA (Certified Nurse Assistant). I did most of my work in the alzheimers unit in Des Moines, IA. Then transfered to Select Specialty in Denver, CO where I worked hand in hand with the wound care nurse. I went to Physician Assistant school next in Albuquerque, NM. I worked for 6 years, mostly in Urgent Care/Family medicine in Boise, ID and finished at the VA in Boise. I was majorly burnt out of sick care and wanted to be at home with my kids so Jan of 2020 I quit my job at the VA.

I didn’t know it at the time, but God had his hands on me as I started listening to a new podcast put out by a homeopathic physician. I quickly fell in love with that podcast and binged episodes when I could. I decided that I wanted to learn more about nutroceuticals, herbs and “natural” medicine so I found an online school that could teach me all the ways. I started taking my own family to a natropathic healer and couldn’t believe the ways that our family who was seemingly healthy by most peoples standards could improve their health.

To say I was hooked would be an understatement. I knew this was what God put me here to do and now that I’ve un-learned a lot of what I learned in PA school I am here to put it into practice. My friends and family who have been my guinea pigs along the way can tell you that their health is improved and I want to improve your health now too.
